If you honestly want League of Legends to be a great experience then fix the game. If a team goes full tank they will win no matter what happens. Because honestly 2-3 armor pen items does not cut it when you have an armor pen cap. Honestly a team with Rammus, Jarvan, Garen, and someone else tanky and whoever else will win the game. Because lord forbid Riot ever decide to put an item that cancels out or can even match up with what Thronmail can do let alone rammus himself. This game has not gone anywhere in these seasons because that same comp or champs will still win every game. Dont believe me? Feel free to try that mini team comp out and watch you literally win every game unless you troll afk or dc

Unless you know, you keep them at a distance and force those melee centered champions to fight you from a range they can't actually hurt you.

All you really need is one of the longer distance ADC's with maybe Morgana and Blitzcrank to CC the shit out of the enemy team whal you beat the crap out of them. Couple that with maybe Udyr or Shen who can tank their way through stuff with stuns or taunts and they won't be able to do anything to you.

Lol, tanky items are there for a reason...to tank.

Last Whisper, as long as it is a thing, necessitates you being able to stack obscene amounts of armor just to survive.

Also, protip: using Black Cleaver against Rammus actually decreases his AD along with his armor thanks to his passive.
