RIOT, help me please!

First, I wanna to said "tnx" for RIOT becouse he deleted my post from "Report a bug" board, and nicely told me he deleted post becouse I put it in wrong board, and I can put it in "Gameply". This is my post: "OMG RIOT why you create so retarded ranked system, did you know, did you see that something is wrong!? When I play ranked, In 70% games I win my position in relation to the opponent with the same position, and of course, I play better than him, but I always have kids and bad players in my ranked team, they almost always lose lanes, and feed, never said "SS", and when he play jungler he gank few time in game, and I lose 65% ranked games! Just for this players! Enemy team always have bad players and kids, but my always much worse than them. How do I in 90% of cases get worse teams than against? How this system work! In normal games, there is no problem, but In ranked, this is hell! I can not do anything with my ranked games and ranked division, and of course, I'm Bronze 1, although I play like a gold/diamond... I need answers! It's so hard! There is some problem, or you intentionally doing, not know for what reasons.
