This really seems to happen over and over again to me. Im not sure what i can do to help it or if its something that im doing wrong that is casusing it? Im wondering if I can find someone to look up my stats or passed saved games and possibly assist me with this issue. k so 2 questions you main top correct? and what is the tower situation when ur "winning lane" how many do u lose compared to enemy. and how fast?
I have a friend who mains top and wins his lane 100% of the time and the game ends for him so early it's not even funny. I think the more you win your lane the more bad players you'll get.

just looking at the end game results dont tell the story of what you need to do exactly
need to do a VOD review or have someone spectate your game and give you pointers as you play
garen is always a strong lane champ not a great game champ he really has a lot of limitations outside of lane you can use him in lower elos cuz not a lot know how to deal with it.
