Queuing Question

Just a quick question here:

Why do I wait 10-15 minutes in queue and then instead of waiting longer for an actual worthwhile game, I get placed with people that are whole leagues below me. In all of these games (3 of them so far), I have lost, so I have a 0% winrate. In my own elo, I have a 65% winrate. I'm certain this is because Riot wants to have queue times no longer than 20 minutes, but I honestly can wait 10 more minutes for a worthwhile game, rather than waste 20-30 minutes playing a terrible match. Of course, not all of these matches will be lost, as that is not realistic, but it is realistic enough to say that everybody has a bigger chance to win if we would just get placed into our own elo.

I would love to see a gradual fix for this, and I'm sure Riot is always looking for new ways to improve their MMR system.
