IE changes needed + please give ap jungler

IE needs to be changed to BF + Pickaxe + Longsword, this is not debatable, it is so uncomfortable to build components for the item in an actual game.

Can I get a decent ap jungler for when my mid lane picks AD because they can't comprehend that it basically forces full AD compositions? Thanks Rito.
