Cait might be nerfed but she still is the same

This is going to be short. I feel like cait putting traps everywhere under my turret on in the grass really givers her the upper edge in any bot lane matchup. Once she has 5 of them then moving around is not an option. Those head shots hurt and even give her a free AA if she is close by. I really think cait is the adc version of blitzcrank. Cancerous!
