Can Varus's "Effort" voice lines that currently plays on his Q play only when the W-Q is used?

For those who are unaware, Varus is getting a new active on his W which increases the damages how his next Q based on the target's missing health. New visual effects comes along to make a difference between a normal Q and a W-Q. I think that despite the new visual indicator it may not be enough to warn about the W-Q. https://youtu.be/y4VLK1gRYwc?t=1m40s These voicelines are the effort sound Varus makes on his Q. I think it would be better if that effort sound only played on his W-Q since it would be more alarming (he makes more effort = stronger attack which is harder to draw).
