how long are we going to let Ornn be a worthless champion in RANKED games?

I say ranked specifically because this champion is obviously horrible against meta slaves. There is nobody i've seen who has been able to make this champion work in ranked games. I dont care about your normal games. Talk about ranked games for once ffs. this champion is disgustingly bad and needs to be buffed. In his Q or his E i dont care. Do something with this shit champion
