Update lux to more current game play

I don't know about anyone else, but Lux feels way to freelow with her super overly simplified kit and her exaggerated zoning / dmg.

I would like to see her and just about every other feelo champ like fiddle removed or reworked because they give an un-fair advantages in lane.

Thats my thoughts you can't go about ignoring them now.

shes a champion basically built for new players. theres also edgy lux, morgana, serving the same purpose. plus fiddlesticks is getting reworked anyway.
