Rageblade is making bringing typhoon claws back in sound plausible

Make rageblade ranged only. Bring typhoon claws in as the melee only item and give it the same build path, base stats, and cost as rageblade. I do recognize the extreme strength that typhoon claws has but the point I am making is that 1; the power of rageblade is comparable in power for literally every range champ that can viably use it, and 2; melee champs that this item was remade for simply cant look at that item as a reasonable purchase.
