auto Lane organizing - PvP

Hello and Welcome, this is my first post in the league of legends forum ever,i hope you like it.. i apologize if i'm mistaken in something or seem brain dead in any part of this :p so.. What about.. a system that automatically reads the Words of lanes in chat(TOP,Bot -> which would prompt the player if adc or supp,mid,jg or jungle.* .) and set roles in a map,just like in draft.. so nobody argues about his role 1 hour ago i've had a match where four players of my team (including me) wanted Top.. i called first,but they tried to troll me and force me to go bot.. thinking that they Called top first.. there can be keywords like... say a player called hankt wants top Wukong ,and i changed my mind into jg Jax " trade top Hankt " or " give top Hankt " in case he didn't pick a lane and to Prevent any player from Locking in before they pick a lane.. so they don't force their Teammates to go to his lane say Jextas Locked in Rengar and has smite.. therefore his teammates cannot do anything about it,and they're forced to leave the lane for him..
