my gameplay looks like im losing frames (immediately following last nights update)

ive searched a little bit on the boards to see if anyone else posted on this subject and could not find anything yet.

So I am Getting frame loss (looks like stop animation in game) immediately following icon update, i did the update this morning and the very first game i played looked sooooo choppy like i was watching stop animation, i rebooted my pc to see if that would help and it doesnt, im running as admin that doesnt help either. Any Ideas please????????
