Can we frontload morg a little more

I want to make her W instant because it feels bad to have her passive tick and make W cooldown ready but not be able o put it in the stun person because it doesnt stack with itself, it would be ok and still not make her greatl ike taliya or anivia or anything. We could get mid morg back too . Also , can we make the R stun be on the first part not the second, it feels bad to do a zhonyas and have someone walk out when u no follow
