Passive: The Pact

While they are dead, allied champions have their trinkets replaced by The Black Spear. The Black Spear can be activated to propose a Pact to Kalista.

If Kalista chooses to accept this Pact, the ally will become her Oathsworn. If she is alive, Kalista will channel for 2.5 seconds before teleporting to the location of her Oathsworn's corpse, raising them from the dead for up to 30/35/40/45 seconds (at levels 1/6/11/16), applying a full refresh to the basic ability CD's, HP, and Mana/Energy of both players. If she is dead, she can still accept the Pact, and the same effect will occur after a 2.5 second delay, no channel required.

For the duration of this effect, neither Kalista nor her Oathsworn can use ultimates (With the exceptions of Corki, Zoe, Karma, and champions with form-swapping ultimates), revival effects (including delayed death effects like Sion passive, Karthus passive, and Kog'maw passive) or summoner spells. Additionally, neither player can move more than 900 units from the other.

The Oathsworn's death timer is paused for the duration of the Pact, and whatever is left of it at the beginning of the Pact will still be waiting for them at the end of it, but for every kill the pair scores during the duration of the Pact, the remaining death timer is reduced by 15%, doubled for the champion who originally killed the Oathsworn.

Both Kalista and her Oathsworn will have their trinkets replaced by The Black Spear for the duration of the effect. If one of them activates it, a vote will appear for the other, "End The Pact? Y/N". This vote can be taken any number of times, with no limit on the number of attempts.

If either Kalista or her Oathsworn die, the pair elects to End the Pact, or the full duration elapses, both Kalista and her Oathsworn will die (this doesn't count as a real death, it gives no gold, doesn't reset bounties, affect KDA, or any of the other normal effects of death), and both of them will have to wait through the Oathsworn's remaining death timer before they can rejoin the battle.

If Kalista was dead when she accepted the Pact, the death timer the pair faces when the Pact ends is equal to the sum of their death timers, minus any reductions earned during the Pact.

Q: Pierce 80 mana, 16/14/12/10/8 second CD (Vector Cast) Kalista lunges 300 units in a target direction before firing a spear along a target vector, dealing 10/40/70/100/130 (+0.9 AD) physical damage to all units it passes through and applying on-hit effects to the first unit it hits.

Pierce can be reactivated up to two more times within 4 seconds, with a minimum delay between casts of 0.6 seconds, scaling down to 0.3 with 2.0 attack speed.

Pierce ignores 10/15/20/25/30 armor or 30/35/40/45/50% armor (whichever is higher) on the first unit it hits.

W: Spirit's Scorn 22/20/18/16/14 second CD Passive: Whenever an enemy champion deals damage to Kalista or Kalista's allies, they gain stacks of Scorn equal to the % max HP they took off of their target. Scorn lasts until the victim gains back their HP. If the target is killed, Scorn will not be lost until they come back to life (not including the Pact). When running towards a visible enemy champion with Scorn, Kalista gains 0.3% movement speed per stack. When attacking a champion with Scorn, Kalista gains 0.5% attack speed per stack.

Enemy champions with over 100 stacks of Scorn are revealed the Kalista.

Active: Kalista summons a phantom in at a target location(880 range), which latches onto the nearest enemy champion (300 range) to attack them, ignoring champions with fewer than 35 stacks of Scorn. The phantom deals 50/100/150/200/250 (+.5 AP) (+0.6/0.8/1/1.2/1.4 Target's Scorn) magic damage in three attacks over three seconds, slowing them by 20% for the duration.

The phantom will die if it is struck three times.

Once the phantom expires, stacks of Scorn on its target are cleansed unless Kalista was in a Pact.

E: Rend 50 mana, 8 second CD Passive: Kalista's basic attacks cause spears to embed spears in their targets on hit, stacking an unlimited number of times. Active: Rip spears from all nearby enemies, dealing 40/55/70/85/100 (+.3 bAD) physical damage plus 8/12/16/20/24 (+.1 bAD) physical damage for every spear past the first, slowing them by 50% for 1.5 seconds.

If a unit is killed by Rend, the CD is refunded. The first two units killed by Rend refund 25 mana.

R: Fate's Call 100 mana, 150 second CD

Call the soul of a deceased ally champion. If they accept, you may put their death timer on hold to summon them to a target location, knocking up enemies in the immediate area for 0.75/1/1.25 seconds, allowing them to fight by your side for up to 35/40/45 seconds, applying a full refresh to the HP, mana, and basic ability CD's of the Oathsworn.

The restrictions of the Pact also apply to the Call (no summs, no ults, no revives, 900 leash range), but only the Oathsworn is afflicted.

The Oathsworn may activate the Black Spear at any point to end the Call early.

The Call will also end if Kalista dies.

When the Call ends, the Oathsworn will return to whatever death timer was left, reduced by 10/15/20% for every kill or assist either Kalista or the Oathsworn scored during the duration of the Call.
