Standard Mages are Gimped and not worth picking at the moment

Riot needs to revert a lot of the AP item nerfs- keep the buffs to the other items to open up more tempting diversity of items- but the nerfs should be reverted cause standard mages are just gimped right now and you are better off going Corki mid for magic damage, or someone an AP marksman like Varus or even Twisted Fate can build it. Hourglass should remained nerfed because that is the one item that is so strong that will always continue to get bought because of how overpowering the item is.
