nocturne has fallen off the grid

i barely see any nocturnes in my games, now i know that the meta isn't in his Favor, but hear me out, please?

you know what frustrates me the most when i play noc? that i HAVE to have vision on the enemy team to dash to them.

so how about, having vision (not true sight) for your ult range only. why? because not only his ult range is short, but also with a massive cooldown, when i want to use it, i want to atleast have a chance to use it, and not just relay on someone's else ward or someone's else own Vision to be able to use MY ult

also, on a side note, i'm surprised there's no bleed effects on noc's kit, you would think someone who says things like "help is not coming" , "Bring me more flesh bags to slice up!" "Drip drop, the sound of blood." is someone who's looking to injure someone and make them bleed, also he has a massive blades in his hands, comeon, talon only has 1 in in 1 hand and is able to make them bleed
