Move Kassadin's Q effect to his E

I never understood why that stupid bastard child between a silence(oh sorry, anti spellcast) and a Morgana shield is still on his Q. Like, Really? At least Morg's shield blocks cc, is instant and it's massively bigger. But well, some people are gonna say oh my god why would you want to change his kit to make it stronger? oh my god my ass is already too much dilated because of that champion that isn't even half as strong as he was so I'll just want this to change: Move the simili-silence from his Q to his E. If you want to have a silence for 0,25 seconds, at least make it's cast time far more instant and make it AOE. Why should it stay on Q? The whole purpose of the effect is to counter spell casts, the time we ult in (twice at least, because a Wise man a really weird company once said "it's a rift walk and not a rift jump") and cast q (a spell with a reaaally long cast time and travel time for a capacity of it's genre) you couldn't even stop malzahar's ult. On another hand, if you come in and just E, the cast time and travel time is faaaaaaaaarrrrrr more quicker and almost instant, so it could be used far more strategically and you could actually know when to cast it, instead of crossing your fingers that this stupid purple ball is gonna hit before Ezreal ults on top of your head. It's utility is gonna be far more usable since the E is AOE, so you actually have some way of defend yourself against the team coming to rescue your target (remember that kassadin is a Slayer... precedently an anti-mage but yeah, riot messed up). So if somebody is gonna complain about "his e becoming suddenly much more stronger", remember you need 6 freakin ambient spell casts to use it. With this handicap, the spell could blind as well as causing an instant snare and it would just be justice for his messed kit, but well, people are gonna complain aren't they?
