The Tarics will probably group up to utilize Bastions and ults, at which point they get bombarded by bouncing birds.
But hes boring

taric counters himself by being so boring to play you just quit the game after a while
Velkoz and Vayne are fun too because their passives stack
Heimerdinger and Aurelion Sol are fun because 15 turrets and stars
