Both fun, but id say lucian b/c he's stronger earlygame which is important right now, and he's more versatile and can solo lane as well as being top teir in the duo lane.
Yeah, as stated above, both are fun but Lucian is has a very good early game. Kaisa has a better lategame though, due to her scalings and good duel potential with her ultimate.
