Will LeBlanc's rework go exactly as I have foreseen?

Last night, I had a dream about LeBlanc's rework. This is the third time its happened; probably because I have been so worried about it. Last night it I saw the rework to her passive and her Q. The only thing I remember about her passive is that units around her will die...indefinitely. Her Q I remember clearly - projects the orb like usual, but, it doesn't mark the target and it moves way slower. 3rd time; wierd huh?
