Xin Zhaos kit is too basic, maybe it's time for a rework to his Passive and Q

His P-Q & W pretty much make him a walking stat stick.

I feel his Q bonus damage is the most basic part of his kit so I suggest that be removed and replaced with his "old" passive armor shred, therefore allowing him to get a brand new passive with some swagger.

As far as what that Passive should be, I dont know and dont care so long as it adds some flavor to Xins playstyle.

P.s. I think it would be cool if the armor shred via Q was a 3 second debuff on-hit so it could be applied to up to 3 targets when switching targets.

P.p.s. If any further power shift is required Id say he doesnt need all that free attack speed from his W and it could be lowered slightly in favor of a better Passive.
