Yasuo and Titanic Hydra

I've watched a few videos that show that when Yas uses third Q and has titanic hydra, the effect shoots out from his model rather than from the whirlwind. I just feel like this is kind of weird and if it could get changed to shooting out from his whirlwind? Thanks :)
