Do Bot matches have their own ELO system?

This is going to sound really bad, but I often play bot-matches with my friends who are around level 12 to show off (and help them learn the game more). I'm Silver II, so I'm average at best, and it feels good to go 40/10 with Lux. They like constantly winning because who's ever lost a bot-match with a level 30? In one game, our team had two bots in it (ugh) who fed and DC'd at the end, and we still won.

To get to the point, I now want to solo queue, but I feel like I may get placed with people of similar rank now because I'm not with two level 12's. I still want to hypercarry since in ranked I main support, so it feels good to be the carry for once. Do bots have an Elo system, or is it completely random?

It's completely random. That's why the que time is so fast.

Lol I lost a bot game cause I was playing sivir top vs 2 and I couldn't get kills early enough and at the end of the game, when I was coming back from our 8k gold deficit my power went out. Lol. Also bot lane went 3/29. I think one wasn't a bot since he actually said "support" in lobby but the other must of been. But I got matched up to a play a few times me being silver
