Why do I suck at League so much?????

It seems like recently I have started to become much, much worse at the game. Since November, I only get on a 1 or 2 game win streak before loosing 3-7 times in a row and I feel like my skill at the game is at an all time low, despite having played for over half a year. This is really frustrating me because I am so close to lvl 30 and I cant ever get any of my mains above lvl 3. It's not even my team's fault most of the time, Its mostly me over-extending and feeding or unintentionally provoke a large team fight with our team at some disadvantage. My average grade is around a B-C- and I rarely ever get above an A. Any suggestions to get my win rate up a bit?

FWI: My mains are: Garen, Quinn, and Fiddle

EDIT: My "loosing streaks" are regarding PVP games, not coop vs ai or custom

You just need to focus the basics of League, and learn all the small tricks on the way.

-Play for the best efficiency. -Make sure you farm well. I go for 6 CS /minute, or 60 @10minutes, 120 @20 minutes as my goal. -Make sure you keep vision on the map around your area. -Go for objectives whenever you can: Inhibiter, towers, baron, dragons (in that order) -learn your champion and use the combos efficiently -Do not burn stuff like ult, or summoner spells if it isn't really necessary. -Play strong champions. A champion with a lot of CC, or a lot of sustain, or a great team fight, etc. -Do not let yourself get worked up over a loss or two.

THe most important part is probably to focus on learning from mistakes as you go. Notice which champions you can and you can't fuck with, notice that face checking un-warded brushes late game is a slippery slope, not worth it usually. Learn from those things. Play more and you will get better.
