plz fix the broken que

I'm really frustrated with the fact that you can select a champ, get another chance to counter pick and if you don't lock in after you already locked prior to the counter pick you get kicked and a timer for dodging... that's ridiculous. Please fix the broken new que system so that it doesn't kick you for not RE-LOCKING in again after you already locked the first time. I have a 30 minute timer against me because I didn't realize it would kick you for this crap. Please fix it. So frustrating..... if you don't relock it should pick the champ you already selected...
