i honestly came on expecting someone to complain about the Galio E changes

Because that's how petty and bitter some of the people on the boards are lol

someone still probably will complain about the 2% ms missing from his E though regardless of how it was buffed in mana cost and early level boosts to the amount of MS. I dont doubt it

Edit: I wasn't talking about the latest patch. Also I was just being sarcastic anyway
