Missed picking champ select in ranked dynamic que

So I wasn't in time to pick a champ in ranked dynamic que in promo (last game 1 more win needed), so It kicked me out because it obviously classed it as a dodge which is ehh w/e, so there's me saying "ahh shit have to get to promo again, oh well do the 5 mins wait time and get on with it" only to find out its freaking HALF AND HOUR long WTF?? and btw I don't have a history of dodging I don't even think I dodged one game since the season began, I would understand if I was continuously dodging in order to win games. But half an hour for something accidental and not even have a history of dodging seems a little harsh..

Please change this Riot, the waiting time is ridiculous for something that could be accidental especially if it's your first missed game and have no history of dodging. Seems a little silly and you feel like your being harshly punished for something unjust and had no intention of doing,

And btw obviously some people are dodging intentionally but maybe a warning first would be a little better than being slapped in the face with half hour wait time.
