Make promotional series solo only

Since they are a showing of readiness for the next division ranking of the player, and not the team, why should the team have any influence on the outcome? I think that promoting should be made solo only, that way people have to prove their ability to have and handle the level of skill required for that division. This removes "Carry me to/out of (insert rank here)" from the game per-say since at most they can get you to 100 LP, and then it is up to you to promote or remain the same rank, thus showing growth in skill and an aptitude for the next division.

While I am at it, please make placement games also solo only since they are/should be based on the individual's skill and talents as to where they end up.
