Conqueror is rumored to be removed/replace by a Fervor of Battle Keystone, though when that is remains TBD. Do you think with the addition of 
+ rework to crit itemization, that fighters/bruisers/juggernauts will have the tools to duel/split-push vs tanks? I do wonder if they might buy 9.3 
(or even 
with it being an AD+crit+CDR trifecta for divers). AA resets will make it easier to proc crits even with only a 25% chance.
I doubt they are going to remove it.
Its the only thing that keeps fighters in the game against tanks right now, hell in competitive on the current patch ppl are already back to playing mostly tanks (9.2 on LCK).
Conqueror is not being removed. that was just a lie. i had heard it on another topic.
Fighters/bruisers/juggernauts wont buy ER and IE on 9.3, why would they buy it ?
IE is getting a massive nerf next patch that is (or should be) made up by the cost reduce of Zeal items, buying IE without Zeal items has to be an awful idea.
Removing conqueror and replacing it with fervor is really stupid one bruisers will again have problems with tanks and two it will just kill rune diversity for a lot ad champions like right now champions like kled who takes press the attack most of the time but if there are a lot of tanks he can take conqueror he has a choice but if conqueror was replaced by fervor he would only go fervor and especially on the adc side like there is actually a great amount of diversity for runes as a adc but with fervor it just kills a lot of that and wtf is press the attacks job then since fervor is just better then it the only champion who would take it would be lucian and that is a maybe.
We are back to only tanks and riven as per usual.
And ofc the typical ranged garbage jayce, rumble, kennen, vlad.
