HELP ME GETTING OUT OF BRONZE

Hi everyone i would some help from anyone higher than bronze to help me get out i have been struggling since the start of season 6 to climb up but i always get back down. I used to be silver now currently i am Bronze 3 any help would be appreciate thanks... I am a player that plays fairly well and rarely feed i always try to get better and willing to learn everyday..
