Okey i understand the mana nerf, but what about jayce ?

Like honestly that guy got free mana pool, can use asasssin build and yet able to heal from . And he is already pain for top laners and in same right now he can harsh mid laners mages cause he not running out of mana that easily and able to poke them from range while sustain at same time. So no nerf for that guy ? or it okey to nerf mages only ?
