Ban System Don't Work

So recently we had many changes in league, but what really matters still untouchable. BAN SYSTEM DON'T WORK. Some ideas: 1 - AFK - per season 3 AFK, 4th afk ban rest of the season. (Refresh on the next season) 2 - The Elo rank balance - The lower elo, lower should be the range of players from other division you should encounter. 3 - Easyer punishment for trash talk, bad language. 4 - Since you are free to pick any champion you like, for ex. teemo sup or double adc, whatever, players should have the duty/forced to play for greater good of the team, if not, a light ban should be applied.
