Kha'Zix feels bad. He isn't bad, he feels bad.
I'm a Plat Kha'Zix main who has played him on the PBE for a while now and now have tried him a bit on live.
I feel like I can confidently say that he feels worse than his pre-rework state and overall icky. Keep in mind this is just how he feels, and I'm not trying to be intentionally negative about the rework because he is my main.

His upgraded Q feels counterproductive. Jungle and smite respawn timers are both up, while his Q attempts to give him faster clearing with reset on isolated targets. I can do a full clear relative fast, but afterwards I feel like my upgrade is useless aside from trying to force an epic monster. The marginal decrease in damage and the very few situations you'll be in an extended fight while the target is isolated makes him feel lackluster in fighting additionally, especially when he is subject to burst because he is inherently squishy (might I add the base CD was increased by a second). I find myself only wanting to upgrade Q for the range in E combo uses.

His W feels more like a health slave now. The only combat use aside from spamming it to get heals is as a ranged finisher if they blow an escape, which it was already used for, because of the lack of its slow. Running with a jungle item other than blue smite makes you marginally less sticky and makes ganks more risky. It's just a CD spam for clearing mostly.

The ultimate is peculiar. I can't decide where it fits. I will agree the multitude of changes allowing Kha to have more mobility and smoother initiations to ganks is nice, but it crowds other upgrades. I realize that Riot's goal was to make Kha's upgrades meaningful and choice based, but if feels more like what are you sacrificing early that will cost you before late game comes. Are you missing out on mobility from ult? Range from Q? The only CC from W? E range? I could be biased; personally I am 'OCD' about efficiency and patterns and really loved the common ult upgrade paths.

Lastly, he feels generally weaker in the defense department. This could be just me, I was an avid user of SotA and black cleaver, but with the incentives on his passive and shiny new items he feels forced into damage and feels extremely punishable since his burst is delayed. I often find myself moving into a fight, only to be bursted heavily before I can get off the passive damage needed to make the burst meaningful. Putting his burst on the auto instead of his Q means it occurs after his engage and is much less fluid.
#TL;DR Kha's Q feels counter productive, his W feels spammy, his ult feels out of place, and he feels generally more vulnerable.
