Champion Capsules feel bad when you own all the champs

Slightly different from many of the complaints I've seen about the Loot/BE system, but getting champion capsules becomes a chore when you already have the champions. Every time I level i get champion shards that I have to go in and disenchant because i can't even reroll them into a champion permanent anymore.

Allow me to gift the shards, reroll them into something, or just give me a BE capsule instead of 4 champ shards that I can't do anything with. It ends up feeling like trick or treating and everyone is handing out toothbrushes instead of candy; there's just no excitement even though i'm receiving something useful.
