Nerfing Shy and Xin for PtA
Could we get some clarification as to why you decided to specifically nerf those two champions and none of the other users? Both Warwick and Jax use PtA much better than those two, yet they remained untouched.

Shyv uses it the best of anyone since you proc it in two hits -- Xin I think was more the fact that you got the extra lethality but I can't speak to him as much.
i thinl xin got hit too hard, from 85%ad on pasive to 45% is huge
