Hello there i am playing leage of legends from season 2 and i was having fun playing it i will not speak about unbalanced chars this is another topic .. but as a customer i want to know why u did remove dominion and i dont want to hear that there was any space in server thats not ab excuse or there werent so many people playing it cause personally i knew a lot imagine the whole community when u added dominion i preffered it from normal summoners rift or 3vs3 beacause 1 single reason u could play and have fun anytime and even try 1 new or favorate hero in another mode than classic game mode and the circle between the game modes kinda works but u need to realize that most ppl need more game modes to love the game plz return the old dominion permanently ! it will make all those people who felt sad very happy again !!!!

I wholeheartedly agree with you. I was a huge Dominion player. We were such a tight community that I knew quite a few players. We would do premade vs premade. Please consider bringing this game mode back Riot. What I didn't understand was why was it okay for years to keep the game mode but then all of a sudden you had to delete it? Makes no sense. Honestly, I wouldn't ever complain about the terrible rotating game modes (looking at you ARURF, URF, BLOOD MOON, THE TEEMOING, NEMESIS) if you kept Dominion.

The big problem was the negative feedback loop when it's popularity started to slip.

With fewer people playing it became harder for Riot to justify supporting it. (Update and balancing) And people lost faith in the game mode because it never got updated. So it just spiraled downward.

According to Riot, only 0.5% of their player base was still playing that game mode, before they finally decided to retire it. Hypothetically speaking they could have just left it running without over seeing it. but the it would just have continued to break down.

My only real problem with the game mode itself, is the lack of a player base. Q time were pretty long when I was playing. (Except for right after they announced it's retirement) And since the game mode itself was shorter, it felt like I was spending more time in Q than in game. Besides that, the game mode was alright. (But secretly, I prefer the Definitely not Dominion version)
