What are with people trying to break the meta lately?

Seems like almost any game I go into ranked/norms, I always get someone trying to play like katarina bot with the adc and then when they fail they blame everyone but themselves. Or how people still adc jungle.. >.< Damn lcs players getting people to do this crap. Only difference is, is that these people can't do these things..
