Im tired of losing my ranked games to a level 2 JG AFK or any lane for that matter. As I speak my hec afking because he just a shitty player.

any afk should be a month ban and moving down an entire tier. if its an emergency he can just wait a month and get his rank back, if it was on purpose he's probably a shit player who reached my rank by luck and i'll never see him again. it's really simple.
