[Suggestion] Testing Mode aka The Troll's Playground (A game-mode)

Be it normals or ranked games (however, more likely in normals), everyone has encountered trolls that enjoy trolling the game. Often ending in flaming and reports in- and after-game. It's very frustrating for players who wanna play more serious and I guess not so satisfactory for the trolls. Why not give there players a place where they can enjoy irrational LoL - a game mode, where there are is no reporting system, and no boundary to trolling? I think players who have the urge to troll can let their steam off in such a game mode, leading to declined trolling and raging overall maybe. Also I can imagine that it can be very fun from time to time to be silly on the rift.
