Tired of Dynamic Queue

Dear, Riot, please make it so that dynamic queue has a 97% chance or higher to give us our primary role. I don't care how long it takes, I'm tired of being forced into a secondary role that I don't want to play. I'd rather wait 15+ minutes to play a game than play whatever role I'm forced into putting as my secondary.
