New Patch - somebody messed up the Ability Tooltips

In order to see all the number in your ability tooltip, you have to press and Hold Shift for some reason. I looked through the whole options menu to disable this and saw no option. This is a bad change because many times when planning a kill you'll calculate your damage output on the fly by hovering over your abilities. With this change, its an unneeded extra step that just makes things needlessly wonky as the "simple" ability text doesn't tell you anything useful. ** At the very least add an option to disable this simple tooltip, I want to see the whole tooltip and all the numbers all the time.**
