It's hard to recommend a champion without having a clear idea of what style you like. The ones you are looking at are all vastly different in what their goals are.
I've personally found that finding a champion to suit my playstyle is more important than anything.
Having fun with a champion is more important than anything else to get good with it. If you find it boring to play, you just will be apathetic about trying to get better, won't do well, and as a result won't even want to play.
There are some top winrate champions that I just do not do well with because they aren't how I want to play.
There are others that just click because I am excited about playing them the way they are designed.
My recommendation would be to look at the champion spotlights and get an idea of how they are intended to be played. If that appeals to you, go for it. You can make it work if their intended design excites you.
Talon is my favorite right now, for his mobility, burst, and escape. He's flexible, and can outplay the enemy with his abilities. I knew I would enjoy him because the idea of wall vaulting as a primary component of his playstyle excited me for the possibilities. But his style won't appeal to everyone. Others would rather have Fiora, Quinn, or Gangplank for an AD burst champion toplane.
Some people love gangplank. But gangplank's barrel minigame is just boring to me. It feels like a chore that you have to utilize his barrels to maximize his performance. Even though I have the capacity to do well with him, I don't have the desire to.
Kled is another example of someone who has a very distinct and well defined playstyle; the answer to any problem is to just attack more, faster, and harder. Doesn't appeal to me, so I don't bother.
Camille's style appeals to me greatly. Like Talon, she seems more flexible in what she can do and has to think more about how she's going to set the enemy up for a kill. I have a strong sense of that just looking at her style and spotlight.
I just wish I had enough IP for her. She's the next champion I want.
Ivern was another one that excited me. The idea of playing a support jungler with unique abilities sounds fun. I don't know if his style will actually suit how I like to play, but the fact that I'm interested in trying is a good starting point for me to consider him as one of my next buys.
I've acquired a lot of champions, and so far I've found that being guided by "What sounds like a fun or cool design" has more to do with how much I like a champion than just questions like "I think I like long range mages, so I'll just try playing all the long range mages and see which one I'm best with". The later didn't produce as much fruit as the former.
Also, trying to figure out "which one is the best for X role" was the least effective way of finding new champions for me, because if their design didn't excite me then I didn't care enough to master them.
