pathfinding
Is it just me, or is pathfinding really bad?
I was playing a game where 3 melee minions were attacking me and I was clicking ahead of them so I could pursue a chase onto the enemy champions as a fight broke out. But my champion started to run left and right because it didn't know which way to go and did this for about 1-2 seconds. As soon as I broke free by manually clicking behind me to get out and run around the 3 minions, I get a few missing pings over my head. Not sure if it's because they also noticed the odd situation, or that they were mad I did not help during the early part of the fight.
I understand minion block has become a big thing after riot made their size larger around season 4 or something, but the pathfinding is pretty bad as well when I have to manually click behind me to get around the minions. Back when minion size wasn't as "big" of a deal, you could run straight ahead of a minion and they would part ways as you shove your way through. I don't need it to be like that if rito chooses to have minions work the way they do now, but the pathfinding is terrible at some instances. I just can't think of all of them in my head and only bring up this subject in a board because this time it actually affected the gameplay where i couldnt participate in a battle fast enough and my teammates were around half health by the time I made it there rather than me making it there when they are 70 percent or higher.
