3v3: You can get Challenger rank and Victorious skins, but no champ mastery for you!

Seriously. 3v3 ranked needs to have champ mastery activated. It makes no sense that you can get borders, Victorious skins, icons, ward skins, and everything else from Bronze through Challenger....but not champ mastery.

So why not? Algorithm too hard?
