Hi, im a support main for 11 months so far and I pretty much play all supports except for Shen, Ornn, and Nami. For right now imma learn Shen since I heard he's meta. Can someone tell me what runes I should bring on him and what. I was gonna go on mobafire and op.gg but then I heard people say its bad for picking runes which I don't really believe its true but just in case I'm just saying it on here.
Generally i would have to say for support shen....
Aftershock/Grasp of the Undying, boneplate, that one that heals you based on missing hp when you are attacked, and you can either go for Demolish for tower taking, or the raising max hp by .2% for every 8 minions or whatever. I would lean closer to the Demolish, but i have been enjoying getting some nice health with the other, and it works with Grasp then.
Secondary set you can either go for Sorcery? I think has the water walking, and whatever other looks interesting for you.... or you can go for the Inspiration tree and get the CDR cap increased and either potions or free stop watch.
