How to not get tilted by players?

Im generally a support main but i really hate (most) players which are playing ezreal or xayah. In my opinion they cannot play good in this elo (low silver), becauase they perform worse than simpler adcs. Also i dont know what should i do with them , becuase they usually dont follow up after engage, they tend to farm more and focus more on the late game(when they usually play average). So here are my two questions. What should i play for them? Is changing lanes becuase you dont believe in his(player) potential to carry considered good?

Inb4: I am aware of good ezreals , they do exist but not on bronze-silver elo, the only ones i saw there was smurfs.

  1. Most important thing is to not judge players because of their champions because you simply can't say anything if you haven't ever played with that person.

  2. Communicate with your ally. You should do that with everyone anyway, but the ADC+Support duo requires more communication especially if you have a different plan to go into lane than your opponent. Just ask: Do you tend to play a safe farm lane or want to go aggressive if you see the chance? You can ask these questions in champ select already and declare your pick depending on that.

  3. You shouldn't change a position unless you feel you have more fun in that specific one or want to learn it by intrinsic motivation. If you feel you can't play a duo lane, then you can think about changing it. If you like to play tank suppports you can still play tanks top lane and contribute the same thing for your team. If you prefer enchanters, than the whole thing gets a more tricky.

I would suggest playing champs that can protect them instead.here are some examples Janna Lulu Soraka Sona

That way you can poke but also protect them. So when they finally go in you can keep them alive and help them lay into the enemy.

Train for frustration. Personally I used I want to be the guy But I think that Getting over it would work. Play one until till you beat the game.

Can you please stop pretending you're better than players of the elo you belong to ? If you were better, you'd actually climb

(inb4 "shUt u suk" I don't play ranked.)

Best option you have is ignoring your teammates' capabilities. You'll notice that champs like Sona when played well are capable of stretching into the game later via the correct build (such as an early Tear and CDR boots instead of penetration). Obviously they're in the elo for a reason, but that just means it falls onto you to make the plays when necessary on the champs you're using.

Sona - early game poke/bullying + scaling, or otherwise scaling when against Alistar. Brand - against players that can't dodge his skillshots, he is immensely powerful. All you have to do is learn him yourself. Zyra - poke mage, strong in lower elo for the same reason as Brand, but harder matchups and harder to use. Blitzcrank - strong for the same reason as the others, but tanky while doing it. Alistar - when combo'ing squishier champs, he is one of the strongest laners that can spoonfeed your ADC.

And so forth. You have to keep paying attention to what YOUR champion can do at all times and what YOUR win condition is. If you are a support that relies too heavily on a laner, maybe pick up something else that has more presence in the game to cover for a bad ADC. You don't want to just suddenly take farm and invalidate the dude, but at the very least when s/he misperforms, you'll have the capacity to understand that it will not singlehandedly lose you the game.

The support role since it is inherently not too much of a damage role (outside of Zyra/Brand) requires that you be the toughest nut to crack. An example game for myself. Throw city. How to throw a lead. Main reason I even play Sona is because if I was any other champion in this game in particular, I would've likely lost due to how much speed and shielding my team needed to come back from their throwing. Gained no honors and knew I wouldn't get any. These are just the kind of games you need to harden yourself for if you want to play the role.

And DO NOT spam ping out of frustration. You have to prevent your own tilt from being placed onto others and prioritize being damage control if you're going to talk at all. Worst case scenario, mute. If winning is your priority, then do what it takes instead of focusing on teammates.
