Is MF getting nerfed so more Zyra skins sell?

MF is something of a counter to Zyra and is pretty strong ATM.* Zyra has a new skin that looks pretty nice on the PBE that should sell pretty well. We can probably expect to see a lot of Zyra when 7.5 goes live. Both the MF nerf and the Zyra skin appear in the same patch.

Coincidence? I think it's a possibility. Part of me wants to see what the lethality nerfs do to her first. Her best winrate is duskblade into youmuu's after all. The other part of me thinks the nature of the big nerf to her Q (something against what riot usually does) is why I'm asking about this. If anything riot should be reducing the base damage of the Q to about 75% of what it is now and then double the bonus damage of double up on a kill. That'd make people play around it more.

*okay, a 55% win rate probably warrants at least a cursory nerf unless a champ is really underwhelming.
