Ranked Brawlers with Team Builder

Why?

1. The strategy involved with choosing champs is now complemented with choosing brawler strategies.

2. Ranked play added to popularize the mode along with Team Builder use. Solo queue is and always has created a toxic environment from the onset. At least this gives teams a chance with the boot feature. No crying if someone called mid or top or whatever first. Champs will not be banned, dodgers will do so allowing others to join without killing the remaining team comp.

3. No bans would make the game easier to balance and the win rates for certain champs would now actually reflect their power levels (over 9000).
