Patch 6.4 - Kog'maw - - - Help Riot!

Kog'maw has been identified in the patch notes as a machine gun champ, even though he was called an artillery in the marksman update.

Tristana is the machine gun champ with her Q.

Artillery fire powerful but sluggish rounds that affect an area. Kog's R does this, but the rest of his kit steals the identity limelight from other long range, rapid fire champs like tristana and twitch.

After the marksman update, Ranged AD carries have more poorly defined identities. Help Riot! What's going on??
