For the last 3 years this has been a consistent thing.

You win games in ranked and once you reach promo there is at least a 70% that your team is gonna be absolute dogshit.

And in general it's a waste of time and heavily promotes toxicity. I frequently play accross all elo except Master Challenger because i'm trash and i don't usually reach that before i tilt and demote and it's the same thing. Once you hit promos you are almost sure you gonna lose unless you pull a miracle. There is litterally no point i have gave up on accounts simply because they are in promos and i played on other accounts in the past where i had more high tier accs.

It's disgusting and you do nothing about it. And everyone has that. Yes once in a blue moon you might get a free promo by getting carried but what is the point when 70% of your promo games are auto losses?
